Hello this is my first time doing this, I don't know how pull requests are done so I hope this is okay ^^

I added some spanish words that you should be able to trigger with @grok_es, I haven't tested it but I haven't touched the code much either so it should work. I guess you could also make it trigger with @gork_es as well or with an _es suffix regardless of what it's told before but I'm not an experienced user =(
