Would be nice to have a command that just mutes the join/leave messages for a specified amount of hours for mobile users.

i'm not sure how satori fits into this but i have been thinking about how to counter this until i get more permanent solutions going

i'll probably add the detection straight into the client (probably not gonna bother with this for the compat client, sorry), which seems the least bothersome/consequential
