in my Terrible Internet Magnet capacity, i keep running into situation where the browser (and therefore the chat) won't notice that the connection has dropped, so i have to look for the Manual reconnect button more often than is comfortable. therefore, it'd be neat to have a shortcut, and i think shift+clicking on the DS(?) connection status display thing would work fine

added, has the same cooldown as the button in the settings because i just made it perform a proxy a click to that button

i also did An Attempt at trying to ensure there's only One websocket connection active, if it backfires set in-case-it-doesnt-work-and-fucks-everything-up-lol to any truthy value in localStorage
