Updated to new EEPROM script.

Fixed exception during file size error and default to Windows style size formatting.

Fixed exception not being forwarded properly.

Fixed file delete path not supplying the CORS headers.

Rewrote EEPROM handling.

Added async version of EEPROM script.

Added notice when recipient is banned.

Check if recipient is actually able to receive messages.

Prevent banned users from sending messages.
