For some of the bbcode tags (for instance, [audio] or [video]) it is erroneous to nest them. However, the normal behaviour for the buttons is to insert both the prefix and suffix no matter what. I think it would be more convenient, especially for phone users, if the buttons were context-sensitive such that, if there is already a prefix for a particular tag, it inserts only the suffix.
