we are here once again. I was regularly running at the gym fall 2021 and stopped for awhile and I don't remember why. But my goal is to return and make my own turkey sandwiches again get my mile back to 6 min and below. The fastest mile time I ever ran was 5:20 in freshman year of high school, I will strive to destroy this. Also sleep earlier, the curfew will be 11pm, no more 1am+ bs on a weekday it has destroyed me.
