i want to figure out how to make mayonnaise because i always have too many eggs and a lot of oil but never have mayo on hand and i really like egg salad sandwiches especially in the summer when i have very little time to spare so having mayo would be really handy isn't it weird how you use an egg product to make egg salad i just realized this while typing this what if you made the bread out of eggs too not like eggs in the bread but the bread is some kind of egg creation then you would be eating all eggs and yoi wodtbt benffeg nppovd tn mrjke ffgnord ujhnoyhjjjgihhjjh
easiest way of making mayo imo has always been the stick blender method like in this video https://youtu.be/j3xx8Bpau0E.
just make sure to use a very neutral oil since otherwise it'll taste like shit lol.
i just recapped my lil nvidia gpu from my dell dimension 8300 since she had a bad case of capacitor plague.
removing the caps was pretty easy since it's just heating up the pins and pulling it them out.
actually clearing the holes of all the solder proved to be way more difficult however. partially because it was unleaded solder that requires a higher temperature to melt and part cause it's a multi layer PCB.
i also ended up using a 470uf cap for the smaller blown capacitor instead of a 510uf one since i couldn't get my hands on the right value one. it (hopefully) shouldn't really make a difference.
