single digit number of friends that care about me
It can take a long time to develop friendships to a degree of genuine care and concern like that. If you have even one, you're in good shape.
my family is nice but i dont enjoy being around them at all and it's exhausting and limiting for myself to meet their expectations
Now, I've no idea of your family situation, but if your family is nice to you, I'd imagine they'll be understanding if you told them that you're struggling with their expectations of you.
i ruined a perfectly good dating opportunity for myself by pushing the other person too quickly
And I'm sure this won't be the last dating opportunity you'll ever have. To hang onto this one missed chance will do nothing but harm your ability to do better in the future. See how and why you messed up, and find a way to mitigate it in the future.
i make lots of bad impressions on new people i'm meeting but i have no idea how to not do taht and nobody tells me how to improve myself / my behavior so theres like no chance of me changing for the better
Keep an eye on your mannerisms, how you act and how they respond to what you say. Through enough times of messing up you'll develop an understanding of what does and what doesn't leave a good impression on people. It's also important to note that there's just a lot of people that just aren't compatible with different kinds of people. Not every bad interaction is necessarily your fault.
i want to learn how to sing but i have no time or place to practice
Practicing a little while you shower can be useful, the water can help dampen the sound if you're shy about it, and it's fitting into something you need to do already. I hear closets filled with clothes offer some soundproofing as well.
i missed the deadline for project loved this week and ive ruined my reputation of being the responsible administrative person for it
There's always chances to rebuild your reputation when you're in a less stressful spot. I don't think anyone is going to hold anything against you for missing a deadline when you've got all sorts of other things going on.
I understand that a lot of my suggestions here are far easier said than done, but change doesn't come easy.
I hope this helps, and I hope things get better for you soon.
