Context dependent Insert button in forum file uploader

When a file is uploaded in the forum posting window, it seems to format and insert it to the current style; but if you change the style afterwards, the insert button or/and subsequent files uploaded still use the previously selected style formatting

was confused because i thought i already fixed this, but this one only occurs for files you've already inserted once
oversight moment, i'll patch it later today
