this bag is full of screws and drills but he crawled in anyways

wild lupine growing in a disturbed area, easily my favorite wildflower. it grows pods at the very end of may and flowers shortly afterward in the beginning of june, disappearing again a few weeks later. the most common color is a deep, royal purple which is visible in the background, but a few are this light pink. very rarily they will be a lily white color which is my favorite of the three varieties, but so far i haven't seen any white ones growing near here
