the only thing that sucks about cox (pun slightly intended) is that they block port 80, but considering cloudflare reroutes 8080 and realistically you should be using ssl anyways, it's not that big of a deal

Unreliable POTS wiring, ADSL3 is shitty, AT&T gets a datacenter fire where I am like every month (thats hyperbole but it was out for 8 hours a few weeks ago), and they throttle based on the hour of the day. It really does go out almost daily though really early in the morning for whatever fucking stupid reason. It might be in the contract that thats supposed to happen, but whatever. American ISPs do as american ISPs want
