full hd is ok, win7 doesnt really scale well
also pixelation is cute

1920x1200 is gold, anything beyond is inconvenient
display scaling is a fucking horrible concept and needs to die in a hole

well 1440p is probably still fine w/o scaling on a larger display but 4K is gay

2560x1440 and 2560x1600 monitors are usually standard pixel densities at their normal 27" and 30" monitor sizes

also display scaling in itself is a perfectly fine concept and i'm glad we're getting higher resolution displays, it's just that almost nobody except apple has figured out how to implement it well system-wide

Considering switching back to Windows as it has better 4k support and videos load and play properly, and games play super fast in Windows too
