ie1 doesnt support bgcolor= or <font> sadly, it gets the overall layout tho

im surprised ie1 loads the xp style title bar but ie2 doesnt

i think that's bc my ie2 is 16-bit but my ie1(.5) is 32

not sure why the multi-ie compilations i used did it that way but hey oh there actually isn't a 16-bit version of ie1, still dunno why they used 16 bit for the others THo
