the doesn't appear when you "sign out" via " Kill ALL active sessions" in settings

This dialog appearing when pressing the log out link is actually a bug lol, the kill all sessions buttons works as expected. When rewriting the URL registry there appears to have been a Smol Regression where the request verification tokens used to be automatically filled in but no longer are and I forgot to update their uses to manually include them... Other actions that require a verification token in the URL are also broken. I'll fix this shortly.
