since when did bug == insect

something technically not a bug but in normal people convo they do be bugs

i have no strong thoughts on this matter, tell me what to do and it will happen :)

because spiders can't count, silly

spiders are bugs to me but no reasonable person includes snails or worms as bugs right

i came across sandhoppers (top) and scuds (bottom) in the wild recently and wondered if these guys count as bugs too, and although they're itty bitty since theyre more closely related to crabs/shrimp i feel inclined not to



springtails are also not insects but they should be called bugs because theyre hexapods and look at them theyre little bugs
