Today (saturday) I'll make sure VR or at least Resonite itself works on my new setup, and tomorrow (sunday) I'll most likely be fucking around with a couple of close people from different platforms on some cozy snowy world and watching random stuff on the virtual big screen, and of course I wanna invite my internet family Flashiis there too.

Event plan

I don't know whatsoever, I feel like excessive planning is the killer of joy so I'm considering it a "do whatever and hang out" event. No timetable because I don't know when will people be online so other than it being a "join/leave whenever" thing by default, given some joint planning efforts we can agree on sometime more coherent. Whatever's your plan, messaging me and telling me what's up would be pretty nice so even though it's supposed to be chill and no-pressure I can adjust better initially.

Even if you're not super social and just stay muted or AFK for hours, or just wanna play around with the game in a corner, or hop on for a bit and then dip, I'd love to see you all at this janky and unofficial, hopefully working, pre-xmas virtual gathering of weirdos alike.

Resonite

Pretty much VRChat but with in-game programming and a really fun physical representation for shared files (media and arbitrary formats alike), available on steam for Windows and Linux (through Proton, but flawlessly) in VR and desktop modes (with a bonus that if you run it in VR mode first, you can switch between them without restarting the game). I think it's a great place for this cause like, where else, lol. Also grab a rigged avatar from the web unless you wanna hunt for one in the game's public worlds.

Join and AFK, send messages during the thing, watch someone's pisscord stream of it - see you there whichever way :3
