Is there any difference between General Discussion and Off-Topic

General Discussion says "Discuss stuff that doesn't belong elsewhere" but then why should I ever post in Off-Topic

off topic is for shitposting and general discussion is not, it should probably have a better name
perhaps i should revive the Playpen name
