I've been looking to get away from Cloudflare for a while but I've used it for so long I'd prefer to gauge the how and what. It's pretty terrifying to think that a majority of all internet traffic is controlled by them.
I've set up https://flashii.org/ to run the site with Cloudflare disabled, there'll likely be a few oddities since Misuzu expects the domain in the config in certain places. Also note that I haven't set up my nginx configs to do the HTTPS redirects on its own yet, Cloudflare handles this for the current setup. If you prefer to browse the site without Cloudflare or want to help me gauge stuff then use this domain instead of flashii.net, you'll be redirected to the main domain again once I end this experiment.
Edit 1
After poking around with page load times with cache disabled it turns out there's actually more merit than my philosophical bullshit for this. Loading my profile on flashii.org with cache disabled takes 3~4 seconds to load the full things while on flashii.net it takes 6~7 seconds. Cloudflare really is memeflare when you have proper caching rules set up yourself.
Edit 2
I will likely migrate away from Cloudflare for DNS as well, in this case I'd be going back to afraid.org FreeDNS. Sometime later I will set up flashii.org to test this as well.
Edit 3
Decided to pull the trigger and moved all my domains back to the aforementioned FreeDNS, also got a premium sub to support em.

flashii browser with khtml and barely loading pages
Disable ipv6 and become one with the ipv4 singularity
i looked it up and apparently google is/was a contributor to the KDE project so that wouldn't get very far away from the overlords
Dying of boredom, I'll try it all...
even better blink (chrome's engine) is forked from webkit (safari's engine) is forked from khtml
gecko/servo or get out
