Forum is open for testers!

The forum will be open to the public as January starts in UTC. This is just a quick announcement to let testers know that the forum is open for them to test it and suggest stuff/find broken things. I announced this on Twitter as well but I feel it needs to be here as well for good measure. Be sure to read the "Welcome to the Forum!" post.

A number of critical features are still missing as stated in the second tweet, but that's what this tester phase is kinda for. Thank you all very much for staying with me!
