I've changed the name of this category from the vague "General" to Community Relevant and also expanded the description in the forum list a little bit. Hopefully this makes it clearer what the purpose of this section is compared to General Discussion.

Basically the purpose of this category is the following;

• Sharing news relating to or relevant to the greater community. [example 1] [example 2]
• Announcing events you're hosting with or within the community. [example 1] [example 2]
• Discussing topics, asking questions and/or sharing opinions relating closely to the community or services. [example 1] [example 2] [example 3] [example 4]
• Sharing details regarding hosted services. [example 1] [example 2]
• Sharing tools or creations useful to the community and its members. [example 1] [example 2]
• Not a Feature Request or Bug Report. Interest in a feature should be gauged in its topic and bugs should be reported even if it's uncertain whether something is a bug or not, if it's not clear right away then it needs work regardless.

Hopefully this makes things clearer as to what the purpose of this section is, though I suppose it's been a while since it's been unclear.
